Suzanne Pepin is senior vice president and chief legal officer of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life®).
Suzanne has overall responsibility for legal and regulatory compliance functions.
Suzanne joined Allianz Life in October 1993 as senior counsel for the mass-marketing division and was promoted to head of the Legal department in 1999.
She was elected chief legal officer and senior vice president in June 2000; two years later, she joined the Strategic Management Group.
In 2003, The Business Journal (Minneapolis/St. Paul) named Suzanne a "Women Changemaker" for her numerous business and volunteer contributions.
Suzanne currently serves on the board of the Mississippi River Trail Inc. and on the ACLI Litigation Committee.
She has also served on the boards of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, National Conference for Christians and Jews, and the Professional Insurance Marketing Association Legal Committee.
