Mr. Sun also served as Executive Director of State Grid International Development Co. (“SGID”), Ltd.
He was appointed as Executive Committee member and Chief Investment Director of State Grid Corporation of China (“SGCC”) in January 2012.
Previously, Mr. Sun worked as the Managing Director of China International Water & Electric Corp.

Ltd.

Mr. Sun received an M.B.A.
from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
