Mr. Crowley spent the prior 15 years as an investment banker with Salomon Brothers Inc. and PaineWebber/Kidder Peabody where he developed senior level relations with a wide range of depository and specialty finance companies resulting in numerous mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, high-yield and investment grade debt and corporate advisory transactions.
Mr. Crowley received a BS in Accounting from University of Baltimore and an MBA from University of Baltimore Business School.
Mr. Crowley was a Certified Public Accountant before entering the securities industry.
