Mr. Stephen L.
Block, CFA MBA, is a Portfolio Manager at Phocas Financial Corp.
From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Block was an institutional portfolio manager at Bay Isle where he managed institutional equity portfolios for Bay Isle, Berger LLC, and Janus Capital Group.
Prior to joining Bay Isle, Mr. Block served as Senior Financial Analyst for two years in M&T Bank’s corporate finance department.
He also spent three years as an employee benefit plan Actuarial Consultant for Howard Johnson & Company.
