Stephen F.
Rizzo has served as our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Assistant Secretary since March 1999.
He previously held the position of Vice President and Controller for aaiPharma from 1996 to 1998.
Prior to joining aaiPharma Mr. Rizzo held financial management positions with Federal Paper Board Company from 1990 to 1996 and with International Paper from 1984 to 1990.
Mr. Rizzo also worked as a certified public accountant with Touche Ross & Co., a predecessor of Deloitte & Touche LLP, from 1979 to 1984.
Mr. Rizzo received his B.B.A.
from Hofstra University.
