Ms. Lee joined FSI Group in 2006.
Prior to joining FSI Group, she co-founded Catalyst Capital Management, LLC, a hedge fund consultancy firm based in Sydney, Australia.
Previously, Ms. Lee was responsible for marketing and business development for Advent Capital Management, LLC, an asset management firm with $4 billion under management where she helped to grow the Firm's business from $800 million to $4 billion.
Prior to Advent Capital, she worked at Bear Stearns Asset Management where she co-managed the firm's public fund relationships.
Ms. Lee also served as an electric utilities analyst at Gruntal & Co's research department.
She started her career at Ark Asset Management, an equity based asset management firm, as an assistant portfolio manager in the Value Equities division.
Ms. Lee received her B.A.
in Political Science from Georgetown University in 1993.
