The EDW3000 supports Microsoft Windows OS and is future-proof with Microsoft.NET technology. GÖRLITZ has supported European utilities in implementing smart metering in numerous projects. The Advanced-Meter-Management-System Echelon is used for the intelligent residential meters scheduled to replace the standard Ferraris meters in Germany in the near future. Household customer's energy consumption will be measured and billed reliably and securely. More than 800 European customers in the industrial and energy sector in 22 countries apply the hardware and software from the Koblenz company to record, transmit, process and bill energy supply and consumption. The GÖRLITZ Group comprises of subsidiaries in Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Denmark.
