Mr. Ross joined the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund in July 2007 as Project Manager for the On-Site Renewable Distributed Generation Program.
He is a seasoned project manager, having spent over 20 years in project development and management in the energy industry.
Prior to joining CCEF, he worked for UTC Power as a project development manager in the commercial on-site power division.
He has received several design patents in helping forge the way for the commercialization of on-site fuel cell power generation technology.
Mr. Ross holds a master's degree in business administration from Western New England College and a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut.
