Prior to joining Torch Hill, Mr. Kelly served in the US Marine Corps as an Officer and retired as a Lieutenant General.
He was Deputy Commandant-Installations and Logistics in the US Marine Corps and is Research Chairman-Logistics of LMI Government Consulting.
He has been a Director of Stanley, Inc. since 2005.
He is a Director of Cascade Designs, Inc and a Member of the Advisory Boards of the Defense Science Board.
Mr. Kelly is a Member of the Penn State Smeal College of Business Board of Visitors.
Mr. Kelly received a BA degree in History from Pennsylvania State University, a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration from Chapman College and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
