Over nearly three decades he has built a robust track record of successful deals and enduring relationships founded on strong values and ethics.

Prior to founding Cipher, Ravi worked with companies like Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors and JM Financial.
At JM Financial, he led assignments for some of India’s largest corporations.
