He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction structuring, financing, and post-closing governance.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Rahul worked at 3G Capital, where he was involved with the firm’s public and private investments, including serving as a senior executive at Restaurant Brands International.
He began his career as a consultant in Accenture Strategy’s M&A practice.
Rahul earned a B.A.
in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University.
