Rachel joined Maniv in November 2022 to lead communications, brand strategy, and storytelling for the fund.
Throughout her career, Rachel has worked to articulate and amplify the unique voice of subjects as diverse as chip architecture, mathematical models, and the holiest city in the world.
Prior to joining Maniv, Rachel was Head of Content for Mobileye, where she worked to craft the company's corporate messaging around its technology, business, and brand identity.
Before Mobileye, Rachel served as Senior Advisor for Foreign Affairs and Media to Mayors of Jerusalem Nir Barkat and Moshe Lion, managing relationships with Jerusalem's global communities and serving as the city's international spokesperson.
Rachel graduated from Cornell University with honors, where she majored in Government and Near Eastern Studies.
She lives in Jerusalem with her family.
