R.
Frank Jerd was appointed as a director upon the consummation of our merger with Emtec-NJ.
He is, and has been, a securities analyst for Montauk Capital in New York since 1994.
From 1992 to 1993, he was chief executive officer of Benesys, Inc., a medical software company.
He was also CEO of Gandalf Systems Corporation from 1993 to 1994.
Mr. Jerd earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics at Marshall University.
