Profil

Mr. Prashant Sundararajan, CFA, is Director of Research & Senior Portfolio Manager at SSARIS Advisors LLC.
He is a member of the Hedge Fund Investment Committee.
Prior to joining SSARIS, Mr. Sundararajan was a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors and a Portfolio Manager within the Global Enhanced Equities Team where he managed long-only and short-extension equity strategies on US and Global mandates.
In addition, he managed and conducted quantitative research projects in cooperation with the Advanced Research Center.
He first joined SSgA in 2008 as a Quantitative Research Analyst in the Advanced Research Center, where he was responsible for providing cutting-edge quantitative equity research.
Prior to joining SSgA, he started his investment management career at Putnam Investments, spending the first three years in the Risk and Portfolio Analysis Group, where he worked on Fixed Income Risk Models, and various market research studies, and the last three as a Quantitative Equity Analyst in the US Mid Cap Growth team.
Mr. Sundararajan received his BA in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Chicago and a MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
