Ms. Hewson started her career in the investment industry 20 years ago with a national investment firm.
When the banks were first allowed to own brokerage firms in 1987, she had already been in the business for 2 years.
Now that the banks all have their own investment dealers for several years, she observes that the industry has come full circle and small independent firms are being created as investors seek the comfort and security of dealing with an advisor who knows them personally.
As the small independent firm has traditionally been the provider of professional financial services in Canada, she feels that Bieber Securities can provide the best possible environment for her clients as regional firm.
In addition to her life experience as an investment professional, Ms. Hewson is committed to enhancing her skills through ongoing education in the investment market.
She has received her Life Insurance Agent Level 2, and Personal Financial Planner designation.
