Mr. Higgins graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he received his MBA (Wharton, 1988), as well as dual degrees: a bachelor of science in economics (Wharton, 1984) and a bachelor of arts (College of Arts and Sciences, 1984).
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
