Paul has over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate.
His on-the-ground experience across the whole real estate spectrum, gives valuable insight and direction not only to realisation processes, but also to the underwriting of new real estate acquisitions.
Before joining Zetland, Paul spent 5 years at Resolute Asset Management where he set up their operations in Portugal and Bulgaria.
Prior to Resolute, he was the Country Manager for AIG/Lincoln in Bulgaria.
Paul started his career in 1999 working as an architect in London.
He is RICS qualified and has an MBA from IESE in Barcelona.
