From 1998 to 2005, Mr. McCabe was Regional Vice President for Unico Properties.
His responsibilities in this position included asset management and team leadership for 3.5 million sf of Class A high-rise office buildings in downtown Seattle valued in excess of $1.2 billion.
He was responsible for property management, leasing and construction within this portfolio.
Prior to these positions, Mr. McCabe held real estate leadership roles with The Seattle Times Company, Lease Crutcher Lewis, and Equitec Financial Group.
His experience includes office, industrial, retail, multi-family, corporate and green-field properties.
During his career, Mr. McCabe has lead over 400 commercial construction and development projects valued at $300 million throughout the western U.S.
Mr. McCabe holds Bachelor's degrees in Architecture and Construction Management from the University of Washington , and a Master of Science from the London School of Economics.
