Prior to joining Maple Leaf, Mr. Ressa worked for Comstock Michigan Fruit, where he was Vice President of Refrigerated Warehouse Services and Director of Distribution Planning and Analysis.
He chaired several committees of the American Frozen Food Institute including the Warehousing, Education and Logistics Committees.
Previously, he spent several years in Operations with Americold.
Mr. Ressa began his career with Southland Frozen Foods.
He received an MBA in Management Science from Hofstra University and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the SUNY College at Brockport.
