Mr. Pat McGinley is Vice President-Property Management at Vestar Development Co. Prior to joining Vestar in 1989, Mr. McGinley held various positions in the areas of commercial lending, property management, and shopping center and office leasing.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Phoenix Thunderbirds, and is the current President of Valley Partnership.
Additionally, he is involved with various civic organizations such as Touchstone Boys Communities and the Executive Council of the Boys and Girls Club of metropolitan Phoenix.
Mr. McGinley graduated from the University of Arizona in 1985 with a degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis and is a certified instructor for the Arizona School of Real Estate.
