A native of Vienna, Austria, Otmar studied international commerce and law at the University of Vienna and holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston.
Otmar is active in leadership roles in the cultural and civic organizations in the community.
He also holds the position of Honorary Consul General of Austria for Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
