He managed a Global consumer focused sector fund and co-managed a Mid Cap U.S Equity Fund.
Mr. Hakes graduated with a BA in Economics from The University of Western Ontario in 1987 and an MBA from the University of Bath, School of Management in 1991.
He received his CFA in 1999.
Michael and his family currently live in Toronto.
