Rich, CPA MBA, is Co-Founder at Three Seas Capital LLC.
Prior to co-founding Three Seas Capital, he was with Highland Capital Management, which he joined in March 2000.
Prior to Highland, he spent five years at Banc of America Securities (and predecessor institutions) as Vice President in both the Middle Market Investment Banking and Southwest Corporate Finance groups.
This included a primary focus on leveraged transactions as well as public and private debt placements, public equity and merger and acquisition advisory engagements.
Prior to joining Banc of America Securities, Mr. Rich spent five years working in various finance and accounting positions at Equifax, Inc., Halllmark Cards, Inc. and Ernst & Young.
Mr. Rich holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Economics from Kansas State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Mr. Rich is a Certified Public Accountant.
