As Partner of HealthEdge, Matt is responsible for deal origination, managing due diligence, financing, transaction documentation, portfolio oversight and management, and fundraising and investor relations.
Before joining the firm, Matt served as CFO for IT Authorities, Inc. and Hire Velocity, LLC.
He also held the CFO position at Lion Investments.
Matt started his career with Kindred Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company in the long-term healthcare industry, which included three years as a hospital CFO in the Tampa Bay area.
Matt currently serves on the Board of Directors of Legacy-Xspire, iTrac, and Westone Laboratories, along with the Tampa Bay chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Matt holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Louisville and received his M.B.A.
from the University of Tampa.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife, Jamie, and their children: Nate, Clara, Wesley, and Jeremy.
