Matt has been part of the Endless family for quite a while now, back in 2019 he jumped feet-first into PE and has never looked back.
He brings over 10 years of compliance and regulatory experience to an ever-all-encompassing role – from putting his mind to a dynamic regulatory environment, through to advising/assisting on deals and ensuring compliance and good governance remains at the heart of what the Firm does.
Matt is also a Chartered Member of the CISI, having recently completed the Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance, and is a member of the Firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Matt’s background is in law and spent a year in New York working in Securitised Products at UBS, before a stint at Goldman Sachs to continue selling his soul to investment banking.
Don’t judge him on this though – with the bit of soul that’s left, there’s nothing more Matt enjoys than spending time with his daughter HHH (not to be confused with Triple H, the wrestler), being used as a human climbing frame, and being an (extremely) amateur CrossFit devotee.
He’s never happier than when away on family trips away with his wife, and Triple H.
