He also partners closely with the firm's Research Department to ensure effective portfolio implementation, including through proprietary electronic trading algorithms designed to ensure optimal execution.
Mr. Schlarbaum joins Rayliant from KraneShares, where he was Managing Partner and Head of Capital Markets.
At KraneShares, he launched nearly 20 ETFs and grew the firm to more than $5B in AUM.
Before KraneShares, Mr. Schlarbaum worked for TRowe Price and was responsible for trading over $40 billion AUM of domestic and international equities, options and futures.
Mr. Schlarbaum attended Purdue University where he graduated with a BA in both economics and psychology.
