The Skinners' Almshouse Charity is a family of schools that has been involved in education since the Middle Ages. The non-profit company is based in London, UK and was founded in 2009. The British company has around 7,500 pupils under their care today and support a diverse family of schools that encompasses primary and secondary, all ability and selective, state funded and independent, urban and rural. Skinners' Hall, which is overseen by The Skinners' Company, is temporarily closed for operational use and venue hire due to an exciting major redevelopment of its unique building and outside spaces. The project aims to protect and conserve The Company's scheduled ancient monument for future generations.
