Prior to 1987, Mr. Becerra was the Vice President in charge of all trading for TransMarket Group, Inc., and he previously acted as the Executive Director, representing all trading activities for Continental Illinois Limited in London.
He currently serves on two private company boards located in the United States.
Mr. Becerra holds the Series 3 and 7 securities licenses and is also registered with the FSA in England.
