Mr. Ellman has several years of real estate investment experience.
He is directly responsible for having closed more than US $4.0 billion in real estate investments across North American markets and all property types.
Prior to joining CPI, he was Managing Director at J.P.
Morgan Fleming, where he served as the Head of Acquisitions.
During his tenure he managed a division responsible for more than US $7.3 billion in real estate acquisitions.
Before joining J.P.
Morgan, he was an investment officer with the J.W.
O’Connor Group in New York City.
Mr. Ellman holds an M.S.
in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S.
from the University of Southern California.
