He was a founding director of Offshore Logistics, Inc. and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1969 until 1984.
During this period he was a director of the Helicopter Association International and the American Helicopter Society.
He retired from our Company in 1984 to manage an oil royalty investment trust, but he has served continuously as a director since 1969 to the present.
In October 2001, he was elected as Chairman of the Board of our Company and is currently serving in that capacity.
In addition, Mr. Jones serves on our Executive Committee.
