Mr. Halvorson was a principal in and served as the Chairman of the Board of Racine Diecasting Corporation located in Racine, Wisconsin, also serving as President of its holding company, which included Racine Diecasting Corp.

Through internal growth and acquisitions of troubled diecasters, Mr. Halvorson grew Racine to $55 million in revenues, subsequently selling the business in 1986.
Previously, Mr. Halvorson served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a major Midwest diecaster, Acme Diecasting Corporation.
He is exceptionally skilled in the development of revenue and cash flow growth strategies.
Mr. Halvorson is a business graduate of Carthage College.
