Prior to that, he spent two years at Financial Security Assurance, Inc. as an analyst in their Structured Credit/CDO group.
Mr. Bissu was primarily responsible for structuring and modeling cash flows and yield tables for cash and synthetic CDOs/CLOs.
In 2004, Mr. Bissu managed and closed transactions totaling $11 billion gross par exposure.
