Mr. Parker has more than 30 years experience in strategic planning and in directing business expansion for national and international companies in a variety of industries.
Most recently, he was CEO of the Nelson Family of Companies, a $400 million human resourcing company, where he has served on the Board for the past five years.
Prior to joining Nelson, he spent five years with Boston Private Financial Holdings, with four of those years as President of the Western Region before his advancement to Vice Chairman.
Prior to Boston Private, Mr. Parker was a Founding Partner of Edgar, Dunn & Company (EDC) a management consulting firm operating from offices on three continents where he was engaged by boards and executive officers seeking guidance on strategic planning, marketing/sales strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and profit improvement.
A graduate of Tufts University, Mr. Parker also holds an MBA from George Washington University.
He resides in San Francisco, CA.
