Mr. Fieldman began his career as a lawyer, attending the University of Chicago Law School where he was an Editor of the Law Review.
In 1994, he joined The Resolution Group, one of the former Crum & Forster insurance companies owned by Xerox, where he managed highly complex litigation involving huge reinsurance recoverables.
He then accepted the invitation to become TRG's first-ever CIO and designed and led the transformation of TRG's entire IT strategy and architecture.
Immediately prior to joining Crestview, Mr. Fieldman was the CIO of DSC Logistics, a leading national supply chain management firm headquartered in Des Plaines.
At DSC, he was a member of the firm's executive team and leads DSC's enterprise-wide metrics project.
He joins Crestview after serving on the Board of Advisors and being an investor since 2002.
Mr. Fieldman is the vice chair of the Board of the IT Resource Center.
He has also been active in a variety of leadership training programs for over ten years.
