Mr. Strohm also was a co-founder of and served as CFO of Interlink Group, Inc. until a majority interest in the company was sold to TPG in 2000.
Interlink Group was reacquired by Mr. Strohm and others in 2002 and subsequently sold to EMC Corporation in May 2006.
Mr. Strohm received a BA in Business Administration from Coe College in 1979 and an MBA in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1981.
Mr. Strohm is a licensed CPA (inactive status) in Colorado and Iowa and is a past member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.
