Israel, CFA, is a President, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director at Black Creek Investment Management, Inc. He joined Black Creek Investment Management in 2013 and has over 20 years of industry experience.

He has a Master of Finance degree from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a minor in economics, from Wilfrid Laurier University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation.
