Mr. James E.
Rich, Jr., is a Chief Fiduciary Officer & Senior Vice President at Eastern Bank Corp.
He is responsible for managing the investments of individuals, trusts, and charitable organizations, and for advising clients how to grow and preserve their wealth.
He has more than 30 years of experience in wealth management and trust services, including portfolio management, trust administration, and financial planning.
Before joining Eastern Bank Wealth Management in 2011, Mr. Rich headed Beverly National Bank’s Trust Department for more than 25 years.
Prior to that, he worked in the trust departments of the First National Bank of Boston and Plymouth Home National Bank.
Mr. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colgate University and a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.
He is also a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
