Harold Kaiser, Senior Partner, established Litorina Kapital together with Jan Lindefeldt in 1998.
Harold was previously Head of M&A in the Corporate Finance Department of Swedbank Markets.
Prior to this, Harold was a Senior Project Manager M&A at Enskilda Securities Corporate Finance for two years.
In addition, Harold took part in establishing the small venture capital company Centurion Holding in 1989, after which he was the company's President for five years.
This period was preceded by four years in the business development unit at AGA AB, where he was a member of AGA's acquisition team, managing the acquisition and integration of international corporate acquisitions.
Harold Kaiser holds an M Sc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
He is frequently invited to the School as a guest lecturer in negotiating techniques.
