Mr. Gregory Cass previously served as corporate counsel and general manager at Intermix Media (acquired by News Corporation) where he was responsible for the acquisition and integration of several private companies and the preparation of SEC filings.
Prior to Intermix, Mr. Cass was an attorney in the corporate and securities group at Pillsbury Winthrop.
While in business school, Mr. Cass developed proprietary risk-analysis models for St. Claire Capital Management, a market-neutral hedge fund.
Mr. Cass received a JD/MBA from Tulane University and graduated from UCLA in 1995 where he received a BA in Political Science.
Mr. Cass is a member of the California bar.
