He is the past Chairman of the Board of the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services, Inc. Mr. Hubbard has also served on numerous community boards in the Rye/Greenwich area, most recently as the lay leader of the Rye Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Hubbard, a graduate of Denison University, received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
He holds FINRA Series 3 and 65 licenses and has previously held FINRA Series 7, 22 and 63 licenses.
