Prior to joining Princeville Global as an advisor, Ed Cheung was an analyst at Tencent’s M&A and Investment Team.
He helped formulate and drive Tencent’s financial and strategic investment thesis in enterprise software, cloud/data infrastructure and AI.
He was involved with the deployment of $800mn+ of capital into companies including SoundHound, Ola, MiningLamp, Transwarp and Xiaoshouyi.
Mr. Cheung received his B.A.
in Economics from Brown University.
He is an MMA fan and is currently training for an amateur boxing match.
Ed speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Mr. Cheung is based in Hong Kong.
