Prior to his appointment, Mr. Chapman was a Partner of Lexington primarily engaged in the management of Lexington’s operations and origination and evaluation of equity co-investments and secondary purchases of private equity and alternative investments.
Prior to joining Lexington in 2004, Mr. Chapman was the president of Butler, Chapman & Co., a middle-market investment banking firm, and prior to that he was a senior vice president in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Chapman graduated from Columbia University with a BA in economics.
