Mr. Oliverio partnered in the start-up of a time-sharing company in Washington, D.C.
in '67 until recruited away to head the sales effort for then start-up Storage Technology.
During his 18 years at STK, Mr. Oliverio held many general management positions including Corporate Vice President of World Wide Marketing, managing a $2 billion sales and support organization.
As General Manager and Vice President for NBI, Teradata, and Hitachi Data Systems, he was responsible for all aspects of business operations including budgeting, sales, marketing, product strategy, technical sales support, systems engineering, strategic alliance programs and international distribution channels.
He has served the early stage technology market as an angel and advisor.
