Proficient's President and Chief Operating Officer.
He has over 18 years of increasing responsibilities in general management, marketing and strategic planning with Eastman Kodak and two financial services companies.
Mr. McFall most recently served as Senior Vice President, New Product/e-Business Development with Assurant Group, a U.S.
subsidiary of Fortis, an international financial services company based in the Netherlands with over $400 billion in worldwide assets.
While at Assurant Mr. McFall served as Senior Vice President of the Credit Card Credit Insurance business, with such clients as MBNA, Citibank, BankOne, First Union, and Wachovia.
Before joining Assurant, Mr. McFall was Vice President of Marketing for a $7 billion thrift in New York which was sold to HSBC in 1997.
Before joining the thrift, he served for eight years in various marketing, product development and strategic planning positions with Eastman Kodak.
In Mr. McFall's last position with Kodak, he had P&L responsibility for the $300 million camera business that included single-use and traditional NSLR cameras.
Prior to Eastman Kodak, Mr. McFall spent three years on Wall Street with the First Boston Corporation and Estabrook Capital Management.
Mr. McFall earned his BA from Tufts University and his MBA from Northwestern University.
