Before joining Community Capital Management in 2006, Mr. Casteel spent six years at Shay Assets Management, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois.
As Director of Marketing, Consultant Relations and National Accounts, he coordinated the sales efforts of several satellite offices and helped develop a repertoire of marketing materials, including the firm’s website.
Prior to working at Shay Assets Management, he served as a Fixed Income Analyst at Stratford Advisory Group, Inc.
He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA society of Chicago where he formerly served as Chairman of Recruitment.
He also holds his NASD Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
He earned his B.S.
in political science at The Florida State University.
