Warburg Inc., and worked for Wasserstein Perella & Co. Inc. in both M&A and High Yield Financing.
Mr. Cohen earned an M.B.A.
with Distinction from the Wharton School of Business and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duke University with an A.B.
in Economics.
