Mr. Oko has been with the HSBC organization since 1990 when he first joined Lloyd's Bank Canada, which was later acquired by HSBC Bank Canada.
He has worked in Commercial Financial Services in various capacities, the most recent of which was as Assistant Vice-
President in Calgary.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with Distinction, from the University of Alberta.
