Earlier, he was a Vice President in the commercial real estate division of US West Financial and a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Analyst in the real estate division of GE Capital.
Mr. Andrews received a B.S.
in Accounting from the University of Maine and an M.A.
in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University.
