Mr. Weber has a broad range of experience providing investment banking advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, and numerous valuation assignments.
Prior to joining Signal Hill, he was with the investment banking group of FTI Capital Advisors.
Prior to investment banking, he was a Consultant with FTI’s Corporate Finance Practice where he gained extensive experience in developing complex financial models, valuation, and strategic business plan development and critique.
Mr. Weber graduated Phi Kappa Phi with a BS in Finance through The Schreyer’s Honors College of The Pennsylvania State University
