Page is a President & Chief Executive Officer at Laurus Investment Counsel, Inc. He has spent over forty years in the industry and more than 20 years of experience as a small cap manager.
Mr. Page founded Laurus in 2014 following completion of a forty-month contract where his primary responsibilities were to improve and formalize the investment process of a west coast investment firm, while launching and managing their Canadian small cap fund.
He has held a number of senior roles, including President and Chief Investment Officer of a boutique equity firm, Director and Chief Operating Officer of a mid-sized investment counsel, and Director of Institutional Investment for a large insurance company.
He was a member of the investment board of the Canadian Olympic Committee (“COC”) between 2002 – 2015.
He received his undergraduate degree from Queen's University and an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia.
